Responding To The Word – Part 2

This is the second of three messages Sean is preaching from the book of Acts called ‘Responding To The Word ‘. Today he looks at the Athenians, who hare some similarities to our western culture. How do we reach a people who don’t come to our church and are always excited about ‘the latest thing’.

Suffering For Good

In 1 Peter 3:13-22 Peter talks about Christian attitudes to suffering in light of their salvation. Sean McIntyre preaches

No Compromise

In Acts Chapter 16 Paul comes across a servant girl, who has a spirit of divination. Paul’s decision to confront the demonic power resulted in freedom for the girl and imprisonment for Paul. Sean McIntyre preaches.

Breaking New Ground

In Acts 13:4-12 Paul and Barnabas are breaking new ground as they take the gospel to the nations and they face new opposition. As we break new ground, we will also face opposition but, like Paul and Barnabas, we can overcome.
